GAZELEY ACQUIRES THREE WAREHOUSES IN SAINT-MARTIN-DE-CRAU, FRANCE

20 September 2018 – Gazeley, GLP company and a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, announced today that it has acquired three logistics assets in the strategically important town of Saint-Martin-de-Crau, France.
The three assets comprise two 20,000 SQ M warehouses, both fully let to international logistics service provider and port operator Katoen Natie, and a 42,000 SQ M warehouse which will be redeveloped.
The assets are all located in the town of Saint-Martin-de-Crau, strategically located between the A54 and A7 motorways offering easy and convenient access to the French port of Marseille.
