    G-Park Villaverde is a last-mile “built to suit” project that offers a NZ 9.5 industrial site of 70,401 sq.m. with a buildability ratio of 2 sq.m./1sq.m. and a height of 20m or 5 stories. This project aims to cover the demand of logistics and distributions spaces, for clients with top quality standards conscious of energetic and sustainable in logistics real estate. G/Park Villaverde fits all urban regulations and specifications demanded by biggest logistics operators, distribution and transportation companies, as well as retailers and final users who perform their logistics inhouse, due to its great connections and proximity to Madrid. This G-Park is located in in the metropolitan area of the city of Madrid, with the possibility of local coverage, thanks to its super Prime location and with excellent access from the M-40 ring road, and being only 10km or 36 ‚by bike from kilometer zero of Madrid.
