    G-Park Pinto is a “built to suit” project especially designed to e-commerce companies needing of logistics space, offering a great number of parking spaces and large manoeuvre area in a site of 42,157 sq.m. A cross-dock or controlled temperature configurations could be implemented, being types of buildings t

    hat are very much in demand by logistics operators in the area. G-Park Pinto will benefit from top quality construction and sustainability standards, including high floor load capacity and planimetry. Flexibility will be maintained in the design per the exceptional features of the site, operational conditions advantages for a design adjusted to the modern logistics and transport. The project will be located in the Sector 5 of Pinto municipality, only 20km from Madrid city center, with easy connections to the main highroads and ring roads of Madrid (A-4, R-4, A-42, M-50 and M-45).
