In December 2017, we became part of GLP, the leading global investment manager specializing in logistics and related technology investments, with US$66 billion of AUM in real estate and private equity funds around the world and a portfolio of 75 million square meters (810 million square feet). GLP’s funds are dominant in logistics globally with variety across the risk-spectrum. GLP currently manages three funds in Europe totalling more than €6 billion (US$7 billion) AUM when fully invested.

Gazeley owns one of the highest quality portfolios in Western Europe with assets located in key global gateway and population centres across Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy and Netherlands. Our portfolio is characterised by prime big box logistics assets developed to industry-leading specifications and occupied by a diverse customer community.
From our existing land bank we have the ability to develop a further 1.5 million sq m of new space in strategic locations within our key markets. The sites are in varying stages of development with the majority capable of delivering projects within the next 3 years.
We are continuing to acquire land bank sites in strategic locations in order to service the growing demand from our customers.
